Our production facility is located in the south of Sweden and all items in our product range are produced in Väckelsång.
A modern and competent machine park, broad range of technologies and in-house finishing and quality control enables full range production of colourful thermoplastic products.
To assist us, we have an advanced machine park with a production facility of 2 000 sqm, consisting 16 injection moulding machines working between 50 and 650 tons of pressure with detail weights up to 9 kg. Some of these are high speed machines for producing thin walled products.
We keep our machine park updated with the latest hardware and robot automation meeting all technology and performance requirements helping us fulfil every customer expectation. In order to ensure functional requirements as well as achieve energy savings, our production equipment is continuously updated, which benefits our customers as well as the environment. To enable prompt deliveries, we stock standard products in our storage facility of 5 000 sqm, where we also store raw material.
Post processing such as assembly, hot stamping, screen printing and tampo printing, is performed as agreed with the client. Moreover, we can provide our customers with packaging services when needed. We handle all products which enables control over the whole production and finishing process.
